Technology Enterprise Facility (TEF4)

Technology Enterprise Facility 4 (TEF4) is a 12-storey mixed-use lab and office building located at the corner of Health Sciences Mall and Agronomy Road. There are commercial retail units within the first level with 5 levels of office space and biomedical lab space on the upper 6 storeys of the building. TEF4 is the second phase of the project with the existing TEF3 to the west. The two buildings are connected via a vehicle tunnel on the parkade level.
